Â鶹ֱ²¥ Legends' advice for Rio athletes
Paula Radcliffe features in the video and passes on her good luck messages to the Â鶹ֱ²¥-based athletes competing at the Rio Olympics
Sporting icons Paula Radcliffe, Seb Coe, Steve Backley and Tanni Grey-Thompson are amongst those passing on their advice, with Radcliffe saying:
“I’d like to wish all of the Â鶹ֱ²¥ athletes going to The Games the very best of luck. The Olympics is a huge opportunity and a huge stage, but what you need to keep in mind is that you’ve earned your place to go there and this is your opportunity to show what you can do. Don’t let the occasion get to you, just relax, enjoy it and get the very best out of yourself.”
