Description of the works
The work comprises the renewal of the felted flat roof above the club room to solve an ongoing leak. The programme for the works is as follows below.
Access to the building will be maintained during the works period; however, there may be access restrictions when the scaffolding is being erected / dismantled as operatives will be working overhead.
Timescale
16th - 30th September 2024 - Working hours are from 0800 to 1700.
- Scaffold Erection - 16th – 18th
- Roofing Works - 19th - 26th
- Scaffold Dismantling - 27th – 30th September.
