How we work:

We empower athletes through education on the "what," "why," "when," and "how much" of nutrition. Our approach includes formal workshops, one-on-one sessions, and various methods to foster understanding and habit development. We go beyond knowledge, helping athletes develop practical skills, cooking expertise, and organizational habits.

Our seasoned team brings a wealth of experience from Olympic, World, European, Commonwealth, and professional sports. Beyond the sporting realm, we've consulted on app development, menu creation, and elite environments. We are dedicated to mentoring the next generation, with our alumni excelling in roles across various Institutes of Sport and professional sports like rugby, football, Irish rules football, diving, and combat sports.

What we can offer?

Choose one or more of these workshops to complement your time at Â鶹ֱ²¥ University or we can come to you:

Introduction to Wellbeing

This interactive session introduces wellbeing to understand what makes us thrive and its impact on performance.

We do this by looking at the life of a student-athlete, what makes us stressed, and practical ways to create more balance.

Effective Communication and Leadership

This session weaves leadership and communication theory through practical tasks.  Through classroom and on court activities like wheelchair basketball we bring strategy, feedback, decision making and problem-solving skills to life.

Skills, strengths, and values

Through practical and interactive activities this session explores values, strengths, and skills on and individual and team level.

This will enable athletes to gain a greater understanding of transferrable skills, teamwork, and reflection to set and achieve team and individual goals.

We had an excellent performance lifestyle workshop where the instructors were highly engaging and tailored their approach perfectly for our students. As a result, the students gained a more profound insight into teamwork and the various skills required for effective collaboration. This experience definitely sparked introspective thoughts among the students, and conversations stemming from the workshop continued long after it concluded.

It was a pleasure to visit Â鶹ֱ²¥ University and the sports physiology labs with 30 of our 6th Form Sports Scholars. The students gained a fantastic insight into what is on offer for elite level athletes and it was brilliant to have the opportunity to take part in some testing. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, clearly explaining the reasoning behind each test and the practical implications for performance and training. I would thoroughly recommend this experience for anyone who has a keen interest in performance sport.
